Return window
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused/unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required..
How to start a return
Email contact@auracyprus.com to request a return. If approved, we’ll send instructions (and a return authorisation, if applicable) including where to send your package.
Do not send items back without contacting us first—unauthorised returns won’t be accepted.

Damages & issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom or personalised products.

Gift cards.

Personal care/beauty items and essential oils once opened/unsealed (for health & hygiene reasons).

Hazardous/flammable liquids or gases where return shipment is restricted.
Note: Discounted/sale items follow the same statutory EU 14-day right of withdrawal as full-price items when purchased online.
Exchanges
For the fastest exchange, return the item and, once approved, place a new order for the replacement.
European Union: 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original condition, unused/unworn, with tags and original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Return shipping costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your postage receipt.
