ACS pick-up point delivery is €3.99 and ACS home delivery is €5.99. Delivery is free on all Cyprus orders over €50 (after discounts). The exact cost is always shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.

We prepare orders in 1–2 business days. Transit then takes 1–5 business days in Cyprus, about 5–7 to Greece, about 5–8 within Europe and about 5–18 to the UK, UAE and other international destinations.

We deliver everywhere in Cyprus with ACS, including Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, Famagusta, Ayia Napa and Protaras.

Yes. Greece costs €7.99 to an ACS pick-up point or €15.99 to your door. For Europe (€22.99), the UK and UAE (€24.99) and other international destinations (€28.99) the amount at checkout is a shipping deposit: if the real postage is higher we contact you before charging the difference at cost, and you can cancel for a full refund. Non-EU orders are sent DDU, so local duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.

When your parcel ships we email you an ACS tracking number. You can also see your order status in your account. Step-by-step help is on our Track Your Order page.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Revolut, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna and more. All available options are shown securely at checkout.

Each order ships to one address. For gifts going to different people, please place a separate order for each address.

You can return items within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they are unused, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase. Read the full Returns & Refunds policy.

Personalised or custom-made items, gift cards, opened personal care, beauty products and essential oils, and hazardous or flammable liquids cannot be returned.

Fill in our Withdrawal Form with your name, email, order number and the items you'd like to return, or email contact@auracyprus.com. Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

Once we receive and check your return, we refund your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Please check your parcel on delivery and contact us straight away with your order number and a photo. We'll put it right.

Yes. Our products are 100% vegan and toxic-free, made without SLS, nuts or soya, and hand-poured in small batches in our Paralimni workshop. Learn more about us.

Our handmade candles are poured with 100% rapeseed wax and phthalate-free fragrances. Browse our candles.

On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edges. Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each use, burn for up to 4 hours at a time and never leave a lit candle unattended.

Yes, we handcraft bespoke favours for every celebration: wedding favours, christening favours, bomboniere, corporate gifts and special occasion gifts.

Most favours have a minimum of 20 pieces and start from €2.50 per item, depending on the product and personalisation. Larger orders receive discounted pricing.

For 100 or more pieces we recommend ordering 4–6 weeks before your event. Smaller orders of under 50 pieces can usually be ready in 2–3 weeks.

Absolutely. We can add names, dates and messages, custom labels and tags, ribbons in your colours and a fragrance of your choice, all designed to match your theme.

Yes, samples are available for most favours. A small sample fee applies, which we deduct from your final order.

Yes. Our private, hands-on candle making workshops in Paralimni are for 1–2 people, start from €40 and include a guided meditation, premium materials and fragrances, plus tea and treats. No experience needed. Book a workshop.
