Returns Policy

Return window
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused/unworn, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return or withdrawal request
To request a return or exercise your EU right of withdrawal, please use our online Returns & Withdrawal Request option available in the footer of our website.

You will be asked to provide your name, email address, order number, and the item/items you wish to return. Once submitted, you will receive confirmation of your request by email.

Do not send items back without receiving return instructions first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Damages & issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items may not be eligible for return:

Custom or personalised products.

Gift cards.

Personal care, beauty items and essential oils once opened/unsealed, for health and hygiene reasons.

Hazardous or flammable liquids or gases where return shipment is restricted.

Note: Discounted and sale items follow the same statutory EU 14-day right of withdrawal as full-price items when purchased online, unless an exemption applies.

Exchanges
For the fastest exchange, return the item and, once approved, place a new order for the replacement.

European Union: 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, unless an exemption applies.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused/unworn, with tags where applicable, and in their original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Return shipping costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your postage receipt.
