The rates below are our current shipping charges. The exact amount for your order is always shown at checkout, before you pay, once you enter your shipping address.

CYPRUS

• ACS point pick-up: €3.99
• ACS home delivery: €5.99
• Free shipping on orders over €50 (after discounts)
• Processing 1-2 business days, transit 1-5 business days

GREECE

• ACS delivery to door: €15.99
• ACS pick-up point: €7.99
• Processing 1-2 business days, transit approximately 5-7 business days

ALL OTHER DESTINATIONS — SHIPPING DEPOSIT

For destinations outside Cyprus and Greece, the amount shown at checkout is a shipping deposit, not the final delivery cost. International postal charges depend on the weight, size and destination of each parcel and are revised regularly, so we confirm the exact cost once your order is packed. Free shipping over €50 does not apply to these destinations.

Processing 1-2 business days, transit approximately 5-8 business days.

• United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates — €24.99 deposit. Processing 1-2 business days, transit approximately 5-18 business days.
• International — €28.99 deposit. Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, United States. Processing 1-2 business days, transit approximately 5-18 business days.

If you cannot see your country at checkout, email us and we will quote you directly.

HOW THE DEPOSIT WORKS

• You pay the shipping deposit with your order.
• We pack your order and obtain the exact delivery cost from Cyprus Post for its weight and destination.
• If the actual cost is at or below the deposit, we ship straight away and there is nothing more to pay.
• If it is higher, we email you the exact amount before dispatch. You can approve it and pay the balance, or cancel your order for a full refund including the deposit.
• Any balance is charged at cost. We add no handling fee or margin.
• Nothing is dispatched until the balance is paid or you have confirmed how you wish to proceed.

NOTES ON TIMING

Processing is the time we take to prepare your order and hand it to the carrier. Transit is the carrier's delivery time after pickup and may vary with location, weather, holidays or customs. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking, where available, once your order leaves our studio.

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

One order, one shipping address. If you need delivery to more than one address, please place separate orders.

PO BOXES / APO/FPO

We can ship to PO Boxes, depending on the service. We are unable to deliver to military APO/FPO addresses.

DUTIES, TAXES & VAT

Orders shipped within the EU include VAT where applicable. Orders shipped outside the EU are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid); local duties, taxes and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for details on import charges and clearance times.
