First burn: let the top melt evenly to the edges (about 2–3 hours) to prevent tunnelling. Trim the wick before each use. Burn on a heat-safe surface away from drafts, children and pets, and never leave a burning candle unattended.
Delivery & returns
Cyprus: free pickup from our Paralimni shop, ACS pickup point €3.99, ACS to your door €5.99, free delivery over €50. Processed in 1–2 days, arrives in 1–5 days.
Greece: ACS pickup point €7.99 or to your door €15.99, 5–7 days.
Everywhere else: Cyprus Post. The amount at checkout is a deposit; we confirm the exact cost before dispatch.
Returns: 30 days to request a return on unused items in original packaging.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
