Place one incense stick securely into a suitable incense holder or ash catcher. Light the coated end, allow it to flame briefly, then gently blow out the flame so the tip continues to glow and release its fragrance.

Light the tip for a few seconds, then gently blow out the flame so it smoulders. Place in a heat-safe holder, burn in a ventilated room and never leave unattended.
