Halloween Story Night: The Journey Within Hosted by Aura’s Workshop, Paralimni

Step into the candlelight and take part in a powerful evening designed to bring peace, clarity, and emotional renewal. This Halloween, Aura’s Workshop opens its doors for a 2.5-hour guided experience that allows you to reconnect with your inner self through storytelling, meditation, and gentle reflection.

From the moment you walk in, you will be greeted with warmth, candlelight, and the scent of natural botanicals filling the air. A comforting cup of tea will be waiting for you as you take your seat, breathe deeply, and settle into the safe space created just for you.

The evening begins with introductions and intention setting, where each guest is invited to focus on what they wish to release and what they are ready to welcome in. Together we will centre our energy through The Aura Breath, a calming practice that helps you find stillness, balance, and presence before moving deeper into your journey.

The experience continues with Dual Guided Meditations designed to help you explore your emotions in a nurturing way. The first meditation focuses on release, allowing you to let go of anything that feels heavy or unaligned. The second focuses on renewal and self-discovery, inviting new energy, awareness, and lightness into your being. Both are gentle, heart-led, and guided in a tone that encourages safety, ease, and openness.

Afterward, we move into a period of Journal Writing where you are encouraged to express your thoughts and emotions freely. Whether through words, phrases, or intuitive notes, this moment allows you to capture the messages and feelings that surface during your meditative journey.

Guests are then invited into a Stillness and Gratitude Pause — a soft moment of reflection to breathe, relax, and acknowledge the beauty of the present. This practice encourages gratitude for how far you have come, the lessons you have learned, and the transformation that continues to unfold within you.

Following this, the group will share in Storytelling and Experiences, where guests can express what they felt, saw, or experienced in their own words. Every story is welcomed with respect and gentleness. This is a space for emotions, visions, and energy to be acknowledged without judgment. It is not about perfection, it is about truth.

The evening flows into an Open Circle and Reflection, guided by Eleanor, who holds the space with care and grounding energy. This part of the night allows you to speak from the heart, to release any lingering emotions, and to feel supported by the calm presence of the group. Silence is also honoured — sometimes the most powerful moments come from simply sitting together in peace.

We close with a Reflection Circle, a moment of deep breath and gratitude to honour the emotional work done during the evening. You will leave feeling lighter, more aligned, and connected to your inner calm.

Every guest will receive a small Aura’s Workshop goodie bag as a token of appreciation, filled with natural, handcrafted items made with love and intention.
