How to Place Your Order

Getting started is simple. Contact us with your event date, guest count, occasion type, and any ideas or colour preferences you have in mind. We will guide you through our full range, suggest the most suitable products, and provide a personalised quote. A deposit secures your order, with the balance due before delivery.

We recommend contacting us as early as possible — ideally 4–8 weeks before your event for large orders. For smaller orders, 2–3 weeks is usually sufficient, though we encourage early booking to avoid disappointment during our busy spring and summer season.

Do you deliver across all of Cyprus?

Yes. We ship via ACS courier — your order can be collected from any ACS pick-up point across Cyprus, or delivered directly to the door of your home or venue. For venue deliveries, we simply need the full address and confirmation that the venue is aware of the incoming delivery from our courier. We also hand-deliver from time to time and love meeting our clients in person — contact us to discuss the best option for you.

Can I visit your studio to see the products in person?
